Organic and Fairtrade Dark Chocolate

Description

Rich dark Peruvian chocolate textured with popped amaranth grains and a sprinkling of sea salt. No added soy, gluten or dairy. Certified vegan through the Vegan Society and Coeliac Society approved.

60% Cocoa.

Bennetto’s cocoa and sugar are purchased directly from the certified Fairtrade supplier in Peru and they pay the additional Fairtrade Premium, which is passed on to our producers. This chocolate is handcrafted in New Zealand, with its beautiful packaging and illustrations being commissioned by Artist Henrietta Harris.

Cocoa beans, raw cane sugar, popped amaranth (10%), sea salt (0.6%), Madagascar vanilla beans.
