Dukkah is a fragrant, roasted spice and nut blend. Traditionally served with olive oil and fresh bread, it is also an aromatic coating for fish, chicken or lamb before grilling. Taking inspiration from the middle eastern spice mix, this is Maggie’s version of Dukkah using almonds and fennel. Such a simple addition to pre dinner drinks.
