After our production season, we select specific barrels that meet our highest standards and age them in used bourbon barrels. The barrels are hot packed to draw out the flavor compounds stored in the wood. Then through the aging process, the flavor compounds are infused into the maple syrup providing each batch with unique and exquisite taste!!!
