A cheaper cousin to traditional balsamic vinegar without the ageing in barrels. Made from Trebbiano grape must and selected white wine vinegar. It is a light, pale straw vinegar with fresh sweet Trebbiano characteristics. Use on salads or ideal to deglaze a roasting pan and pour over the meat.
