This rich and full bodied sauce balances the firiness of bird's eye chillies, spiciness of cayenne's and fruitiness of habenero's to create Red Clipper's classic medium-hot chilli and tomato combination. It is a classic chilli sauce that is at home with anything from steaks, tacos and burger to chips, pasta sauce and marinades. Red Clipper Habanero, Cayenne Pepper and Tomato can also be used to whip up a mean bloody mary.
