Chef Charlie McKenna opened the doors of Lillie´s Q Restaurant in 2010. Named after his Grandmother Lillie, who taught him the art of southern cooking back home in Greenville, SC, Lillie´s Q serves up award winning barbeque in a contemporary setting. From Carolina Gold to Hot Smoky, each of Lillie´s Q sauces pays homage to the deep-rooted barbeque traditions of specific Southern American regions.
Each recipe was created exclusively by Chef Charlie and is made in-house, today we bring Lilli's Q Barbecue Sauces from Lillie´s kitchen to yours… enjoy!
